Why Poverty?

An innovative global media event kicks off this week on ABC2: Why Poverty?. Five ground-breaking documentaries screen across five nights this week, each dealing with the question of poverty from the heights of Park Avenue, New York City to incredible projects in places like Jordan.

The documentaries screen each weeknight at 9.30pm on ABC2.

A tribute to Bryce Courtenay

As a tribute to the late Bryce Courtenay, one of Australia's best-selling authors, we are rescreening his Family Confidential story. It's an intimate portrait filmed during the last year of his life.

Birthday special

ABC3 turns 3!

SATURDAY, 4.45PM
ABC3

ABC3 is turning 3 and they're celebrating with the biggest birthday bash ever! Hosts Kayne, Amberley, James, Liv, Scott, Hex, Bajo, Joel and Nicole have all come together to record and perform in ABC3's first ever music video.

They're also giving viewers the chance to design the CD artwork for their new song in return for a great prize.

The Birthday Special kicks off a whole week of birthday festivities. Their birthday is on Tuesday, 4 December.
