| Food poisoning Food poisoning is in the news again after 100 different soft cheese products have been recalled because of a threat of contamination with listeria bacteria. The cheeses are sold under brand names such as Jindi, Coles Finest, and Harris Farm. Officials have confirmed 18 cases of listeria infection, which can cause blood poisoning, meningitis and miscarriage up to 70 days after eating the bacteria. Two people have died.
