Recently Evgeny Morozov published a paper arguing that the internet and revolution of information caused by technological leaps has not had an impact on the ability of totalitarian/single-party regimes to maintain power, in fact he argues that it could have been a positive thing for some of them. Do you have any view on these issues, especially with regards to China?
