Professor David Cole from Georgetown University discusses the prospects for gun control in the USA following the massacre in Newtown, Connecticut.

Also the extraordinary case of Josephine Greensill. After spending two and a half years in prison the Victorian Court of Appeal has quashed her conviction for child sex offences as "unsafe and unsatisfactory" and not open to a jury. The court said there was a real liklihood that the complainants collaborated and real possibility of concoction.
