Friday 21 December, 1pm - Afternoon Concert - A Dallas Wind Christmas A Christmas treat from the The Dallas Wind Symphony with soprano Mela Dailey and organist Bradley Hunter Welch conducted by Jerry Junkin. Saturday 22 December, 1pm - Melbourne Symphony Orchestra - Messiah Teddy Tahu Rhodes, Karina Gauvin, Robin Blaze and Ian Bostridge join the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Chorus in this all-star performance of Handel's Messiah. Sunday 23 December, 12pm - Music Makers - Remembering Peggy Saturday, 29th December is the centenary of the birth of Australian composer Peggy Glanville-Hicks and Music Makers looks broadly at her adventurous life and trail-blazing career as a composer and music critic. Monday 24 December, 8pm - An English Christmas Sydney Philharmonia Choirs, VOX, Sydney Children's Choir and orchestra gather for an all-English concert, including Vaughan Williams' Fantasia on Christmas Carols along with Benjamin Britten's St Nicolas and Hymn to the Virgin. Tuesday 25 December, 1pm - Ensemble Gombert: Christmas to Candlemas Melbourne-based chamber choir Ensemble Gombert perform a concert of Portuguese and Spanish music, including Cristobel de Morales Missa Quaeramus cum pastoribus: Kyrie and Gloria. Good luck. SUNDAY LIVE IN MELBOURNE Sunday 23 December, 3pm - Gloriana Chamber Choir Gloriana is a Melbourne-based chamber choir founded in 1994 by its director Andrew Raiskums. Gloriana's programs traverse a wide range of genres and styles but focus on the acappella performance of Renaissance and contemporary choral music. Their festive selection today includes Poulenc's Quatre motets pour le temps de Noel and Tavener's  The Lamb.
