Saturday 5 January - 9am Keys to Music - The Music of Leonard Bernstein One of the 20th century's major musical figures, Leonard Bernstein (1918-90) is mainly remembered today for his conducting, but Bernstein himself perhaps wanted to be better remembered as a composer. Graham Abbott surveys Bernstein's compositions and discovers a fascinating, and underrated, body of music. Thursday 10 January - 1pm Afternoon Concert - ASO with Stephen Hough Acclaimed pianist Stephen Hough and the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra perform Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No 2 in G, Op 44 and Symphony No 6 in B minor, Op 74 (Pathetique) at the Adelaide Town Hall.
