16 November 2012 ABC Giving Tree 2012 up and running This morning we launched the 25th ABC Giving Tree with special guests, former ABC Breakfast presenter, Ric Paterson, Dewayne Everett Smith and the Windermere Primary Choir. The two storeys high Christmas tree in the Hobart foyer has been lit up with Christmas lights and gifts are already gathering around the base of the tree. This week's online highlight – we know you like recipes  For a different angle on the Royal visit, Louise spoke to Karen Goodwin-Roberts, the caterer for Thursday's reception. Peter Gee was delighted to act as taste tester as Karen discussed her menu and brought samples into the studio.
