This week's online highlight – we know you like recipes
For a different angle on the Royal visit, Louise spoke to Karen Goodwin-Roberts, the caterer for Thursday's reception. Peter Gee was delighted to act as taste tester as Karen discussed her menu and brought samples into the studio. The recipes for Huon Valley tartlets and Mount Gnomon tartlets are available on the Drive blog. Click the link below. And coming up on Drive: on Tuesday you can find Louise camped out in Salamanca as she asks, is Tasmania open for business? You might be surprised that we are poised to reap benefits from our burgeoning arts & crafts industries. Louise will be talking to industry and business leaders about changes in Tasmania's traditional business model. On Wednesday Louise is chatting to Scottish author, Ian Rankin, creator of Rebus, who has released his new crime novel, Standing in Another Man's Grave. >> recipes

This week we have a copy of Organic Gardner, the Essential Guide.  Design your dream garden, explore Pete's backyard and see what Josh Byrne can fit into a small suburban yard. To go in the draw to win, tell me, via return email, the name of the chef who catered the reception for the Royal couple. You have until midnight Sunday.
