Trees driving research Have you ever wondered why Tasmania's trees are so big? Louise spoke to Professor David Bowman from UTAS on Tuesday after a group of scientists published a report focusing on the world's largest trees. The report found that Australia is an epicentre of giant trees partly due to the eucalypts explosive growth rate. The audio of this interview was one of the  most popular stories on ABC Local Online across the country on Wednesday.
