Saturday 10.30pm on ABCNEWS24 - an academic look at the Twentieth Century Orgasm with Professor Annamarie Jagose, head of the school of Letters Arts and the Media at University of Sydney. Jagose's work in sexuality studies and in particular her latest work titled 'Orgasmology' brought a storm of media attention and ferocious talkback traffic in Auckland. Jagose is a very interesting and not at all predictable academic and fast established an international reputation in feminist theory, and has been a key figure in developing Queer Theory. She's also very funny; so stick with this extract from her address at The University of Sydney.
